BIDDERS WITH UNPAID INVOICES WILL BE REPORTED TO PROXIBID AFTER 24 HOURS IF THEY DO NOT TAKE ACTION TO REACH OUT TO THE AUCTION COORDINATOR AND PAY THEIR OUTSTANDING INVOICE.

Items must be picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times. Failure to do so may, at the auction house's sole discretion, lead to forfeiture or daily charges.&nbsp;Please contact the auction house PRIOR TO BIDDING for any special arrangements that you may need 
 
Winning bidders for all items are responsible for the safe and proper removal of item(s). Please bring additional help along with packing and moving materials to ensure you can successfully pick your items up 
 
Any special arrangements or services, IF AVAILABLE, and at Auction House's discretion, are&nbsp;subject to&nbsp;additional fees; these services may include but are not limited to pick-up arrangements outside of posted days/times, forklift loading, and/or daily storage 
 
Rosen &amp; Barton does not ship items. However, you may contact a Rigger, Mover or our local UPS agent directly to arrange for them to pick up and ship your items to you. See "Terms &amp; Conditions" for more information
