TERMS: If your total purchase is more than $2500, your Credit Card will be charged up to $2500.  The balance must be paid via cash, credit card, check, or bank wire ($20 Charge). No exceptions. Should you not pay the remaining balance after the credit card charges, the initial n$2500 will be retained by Rosen & Co., Inc. and Buddy Barton Auctions and your rights to any item(s) purchased will be forfeited.

Items must be picked up during the specified pick-up dates and times. Failure to do so, may, at the auctioneer's sole discretion, lead to forfeiture or daily charges.  Please contact the auctioneer for any special arrangements that you may need prior to bidding. Only a written agreement with Auctioneer or Auction Coordinator can modify these provisions.

Buying as is, where is with no contingencies, warranties, or returns of any kind. 17% buyer's premium on all transactions. No titled vehicle will leave the premises until the check clears. Not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced items. Not responsible for any accidents. The buyer takes full responsibility for all items purchased.
