A 25% cash deposit via wire transfer may be required if you are not known to the Auction Firm. Failure to make the required deposit may result in cancellation of bidding privileges.
Your invoice will be emailed to you at the conclusion of the auction. In default of payment of invoices in full within the stated time, Rosen & Co., Inc/Buddy Barton Auctions and Auctioneer may retain all funds received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice. Any deficiencies and other expenses of resale will be charged to the defaulting purchaser. The equipment must be removed by authorized riggers and contractors only.
Riggers must present Rosen/Buddy Barton with a valid commercial general liability insurance certificate in a minimum amount of $2,000,000.00 combined single limit per occurrence naming Rosen & Co., Inc./Buddy Barton Auctions as additional insured. Any hydraulic fluid removal and/or oil leaks are the undersigned`s responsibility to remove and clean up. The undersigned purchaser and/or rigger/contractor must take full responsibility for compliance with applicable environmental laws and exercise all reasonable care to ensure that there is no release to the environment or any hazardous wastes or substances as defined in applicable Federal, State, and Local Statues, Regulations, Rules, or Ordinances.

COVID-19 READINESS
Dear Rosen & Co, Inc/Buddy Barton Auctions Family & Friends,
Like many of you, we have spent the last several weeks keeping up to date about the Corona Virus (Covid-19) and how it is impacting our world. The safety and health of our family & yours is our top priority to us and we are constantly monitoring the guidelines set by the Ohio Department of Health, as it pertains to public gatherings of 100 or more people.
Regarding the auction this Monday in Dayton, we are following the World Health Organization (WHO) and taking addition precautions to assure everyones safety.
• The auction site will have a bathroom with running water and antibacterial soap.
• All door handles to the facility will be cleaned with Clorox wet wipes throughout the day.
• We will furnish disposable pens/pencils and plenty of hand sanitizer for you to use.
• We may be serving pre-packaged muffins and water, but will not have a caterer on site. Please prepare for yourself.
• There are no protocols currently, but we commit to everything we can to keep everyone well.
• If you prefer to preview items in Dayton, (doors open at 8AM on Monday) and have one of our staff members bid by "proxi" on your behalf, please call us and we will try to accommodate you. This must be in place prior to the auction.

• For bidders online we will use a scheduling app for load out and stagger pick up times to avoid large crowds. Depending on the crowd, live buyers can load out on the day of sale and will be put in the cue for pick up as needed.
