This is an open outcry on-site auction on the property. For registration to become a bidder you must (1) register the day of sale with your driver's license (2) present the specified $10,000 non-refundable down payment, either in cash or bank check made out to Everest Title Co. The successful high bidder's deposit will be retained and used as earnest money to be credited towards the price of the home. Should you not be the high bidder you will receive your deposit back immediately. Buyer will have 30 days or less to close through Everest Title Co. A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid. Preliminary title work has been started by Everest Title Co. and will close thru Everest Title Co.
