Real Estate

The popularity and effectiveness of the Real Estate Auction is growing at a tremendous rate throughout the nation. Thousands of brokers and sellers are choosing the auction system to maximize their profits and minimize the costs.

In addition to being professional auctioneers, the staff of Rosen & Company includes licensed real estate and business brokers. By merging the two sales techniques, we have been able to achieve a quicker sale with a higher dollar return. Conventional real estate listings are often long, uncertain procedures which can leave property on the market for months, costing the seller hundreds and even thousands of dollars for utilities, taxes and maintenance before a sale is consummated.

In the unlikely event an Auction is not successful or is not confirmed by the seller, Rosen & Company, Inc. continues working to effect a sale. The exposure created by the marketing and promotion of the Auction Sale continues to add to the effectiveness of our conventional brokerage.

Rosen & Company has also conducted Real Estate Auctions for petitioning creditors. Many people do not know that the attorney for the petitioning creditor has the right to request that a professional Auctioneer/Real Estate Broker be employed to conduct the sale of foreclosed property on behalf of the Sheriff.

Commercial Auctions are still provided by Rosen and Company, Inc.
