Terms:
-Cash Only, no checks or credit cards accepted
- 6% sales tax will be added to each unit.
-Buyer permitted to buy with cash on them at time of sale. Not permitted to leave until paid in full or unit shall be forfeited and/or re-sold.
-Buying as is, where is with no warranties or contengencies of any kind
-$50 “clean out deposit” due upon registration
-Each Unit to be fully cleaned of all contents within 48 hrs.
-Money refunded by facility when each unit is deemed “clean” by facility representative.
-Each unit to be paid in full before entering
-No person shall enter any unit before auction
-You are allowed to see inside each unit from the doorway only when it is unlocked
-Each unit sold is “red locked” by facility and opened approx. 5 min before each unit sold
-You are buying all contents per unit for 1 price
-Auction company and/or storage facility not responsible for contents in any unit
-You are buying contents inside each unit- not the actual unit
-No “delinquent buyer” will be permitted to buy a unit at a “cheaper” price than whats owed plus all applicable fees.
-Number of units subject to change at any time
